Bulletin – COVID-19 Response – Information for Industry
On April 9, 2020, the AER issued Bulletin 2020-10: Relief for Industry During COVID-19 Pandemic Response, explaining how two ministerial orders apply to parties regulated by the Alberta Energy Regulator.
In response to questions from stakeholders, the AER has created a webpage providing clarification and listing exemptions under these orders (Providing Information > News and Announcements > Announcements > “Relief for Industry During Covid-19 Pandemic Response”).
